The XR8-2 replica from SRC Airsoft Guns is modeled after the next-generation weapons system that the United States Army was developing as a replacement for the standard-issue M-16 during the final years of the 20th century. This model features a green polymer body, metal gear box, and multi-zoom adjustable scope. This battery powered AEG airsoft gun can fire in both semi-auto and fully automatic modes. Internal components and barrel assembly are all of metal construction with the exterior shell, grip, and stock being made from high-impact resistant ABS plastic.
